Journal entry - As your 80-year-old self, write the story of your family's life as if it has already happened. Feel what it’s like to reflect. Write this in your journal or open a Google doc and REALLY go for it. Update this over time as new visions come to mind.
CHALLENGE:
Spend 1 day COMMITTED to seeing what’s right instead of what’s wrong (about EVERYTHING). Catch yourself anytime that your orientation goes towards what is wrong, and reorient towards what is okay and right at the moment. Jot down in a journal or share with a friend any insights that are revealed.
