Our autonomic nervous system automatically regulates many body processes, such as heart rate, digestion, and the big one for us here, our rate of breathing. No conscious effort is necessary to survive, and that is where most people overlook breathing techniques and what they can do for us. Disorders of the autonomic nervous system can affect many aspects of our health. Let's move into the first video.
