Welcome to this training  #First_Name#

Selling a service is completely different from selling a product. With a product you can see it, touch it, taste it, feel it - however with a service, you can't. This requires a new set of skills.

When people buy a service, they are buying something intangible, they can't see it or touch it. Therefore what they are buying is you. That's because people buy from people, not a company.

In this training, we take a deep dive into how to get people to buy from you. You will learn how your attitude towards selling can make or break your ability to form a trusting bond with new prospects. The buyer must first buy into you before they will buy into your services. This means developing the ability to form trust and rapport to give the buyer the confidence to work with you and not your competitors.

Throughout this training, you will discover how important communication skills are as they form the foundation of everything you are about to learn. Each module builds on the previous one and if you skip ahead, you may lose the understanding of a very important concept, therefore I recommend that you follow the modules in order.

At the end of each module, email me your reflections on the module as a basis for coaching you to the next level along with any questions concerns, or clarification you might need. This feedback will help you develop the skill sets and competencies to exponentially grow yourself, your skills, and the business.

Remember, anything you have questions or concerns, you are welcome to email me at carolyn@strategez.com I should be able to get back to you within 24 hours but depending on timezones it may be up to 48 hours.

Here's to your success.

Sincerely

Carolyn
