Okay, welcome back to Tumblr, take down this video real quick, just wanted to talk to you about your objective. And what your main objective on Tumblr is going to be is very similar to some other social media sites is that you want to get as many followers as possible. Just like on Twitter, you want as many people following you and reading your posts. You also want to post content consistently, okay? That's how you keep people engaged, you keep people following you. You can have 1 billion people following you.

But if you're not posting consistently, they're not going to see anything. So it's kind of common sense. on Tumblr, you can schedule your posts automatically, okay. You can also find content and curate and have it ready and set up to go out whenever you want to. You also want to follow a lot of people, okay, a quarter of the people will typically follow you back. Okay.

So the more people you follow, the more follow You're going to get okay. So this isn't the only strategy we're going to be using to get followers. But it is a great strategy to get followers from the beginning, especially once you have built up a little bit and you have created a nice authority when you're following other people. they'll follow you back more, more and more and more.
