Brief for balanced energy. Let's think consciously what breathing energy means in our experience. Obviously share some of my experience and understanding here. Breathing itself seems simple enough. We haven't done it since arriving as newborns with a gasp of air and perhaps a cry. Never a break.

What are your thoughts about 20,000 plus breaths you take each day are they making you healthy and happy? What is the process of breathing? And are we doing a trade? Let's ask this kind of questions. Now. Breathing fundamentals or natural world is a breathing phenomena.

And in undisturbed, nature is peaceful and balanced. We see it in the grass, flowers, trees, in all the beauty around us. The animals of the forest, everything living is part of this supreme artistry of the air where oxygen Is the king. Often the most essential things in human life are taken for granted.
