The 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User and Refresher course prepares workers to recognise and avoid a wide range of safety hazards associated with supported scaffold use.

To use or work on a Supported Scaffold in New York City, an individual must successfully complete 4 hours of User Training.

Confirmation of Satisfactory Completion
To confirm that learners have satisfactorily completed the course, the following measures are in place:
Certificate Issuance: After meeting all course requirements, learners receive a digital certificate of completion, which includes their name, course title, completion date, and CEU credits earned (If requested).
Record Keeping: ABC Safety Group staff regularly review course completion records, quiz scores, and evaluation submissions to ensure compliance and maintain accurate records for IACET accreditation purposes.
