Tonight we're talking about an altar.


I suggest building an altar.


It can be inside a cabinet.


If you want to make it private or like my altar here in New Orleans it's a bigger shelf in a built-in bookcase where I have objects of significance.


I have my grandfather Pop, his eyeglasses he's deceased but whenever I think of him I just feel love and


cherished.


I feel protected.


He was really good with money.


So a two-dollar bill just to bring up these really positive feelings and memories and altear should have objects that help you feel good and to feel peaceful.


I have dishes where I keep my Palo Santo glass objects that I made myself and an altar can be whatever you want it to be you can have pictures.


For me, this is just a sacred place of objects.
