Begin by looking at your day as far as the different segments that you're going to be moving through.


It might be for instance the morning you get up you have your coffee do your morning routine that I spoke about yesterday.


That's your first segment.


Then you just in your mind.


I intend to have to get some really positive e-mails when I sit down to check them.


And then when you get your car to drive to work or go to the gym wherever you have to go.


That's a new segment of your day.


You intend your well-being.


You attend your safety.


You intend the safety of your children being at school your spouse your partner your siblings your family.


And as you move into each segment of your day you take a moment to pause and even be thankful for the segment...
