DESCRIPTION: What: Loose Lead Walking (Part 3) Why: This is the next step, taking them outside. How: When we take our lead walking outside, what we're going do, is we're going to make sure we stick to the order criteria that we started with in the first place. We're going to keep telling our dogs they're clever and we're going to let them observe anything that is in the environment. Remember, those things aren't distractions. They're part of the environment. So letting our dogs look, telling them they're clever and letting them make some decisions is really beneficial. We don't need to fly past at a hundred miles an hour and we don't need to point those things out as being something to really focus on. We just need to let the dogs make their own mind up and we need to keep our payment schedule going.
