Journaling is a fantastic way to help you stay in touch with your highest self, to be the master of your thoughts and intentions, and to be mindful of the day you are creating. There are 4 journaling activities that I like to do every day and today you will learn and try these and get started with a meaningful morning journaling practice.
The first is to choose your magic orchid for the day.
The second is to write a series of affirmations or I am statements to cement in your own heart and mind who you truly want to be and how you want the universe to support you.
Third I am creating statements. We are often at the mercy of our long and unmanageable to-do lists. This is your chance to add focus and clarity to your plans for your day.
The fourth and final journaling step is to write about your vision.
Our meditation for today is a mindfulness practice to help you to be grounded in your own power and celebrate your creative genius.
