We're all procrastinators. We put things off our to do list consume to soak up all of our available moments, leaving little time for things other than putting out fires. I like to plan out my week in writing, because it makes me feel organized and on track. But sometimes the long term goals things I want to accomplish or simply do for fun, or pushed into that nebulous period called someday. The funny thing about Sunday is that someday rarely comes. If there's something you really want to do, put it in writing.
Research shows that putting pen to paper increases the possibility that you'll follow through Then create action steps, those things that need to happen in order for your dreams to become reality.
