Follow the prompts to do your evaluation and take the test.
When you pass the test (70%, 20 multiple choice questions) you will see a link to print your CE Certificate of Achievement.
The software program labels the course evaluation as a “test” but it is the evaluation form.
The name that you use on the TEST is the name that will appear on your CE Certificate of Achievement.
Upon completing the evaluation you will be directed to take the test.
