Hello everyone, welcome to another video in this video we are going to talk about provisioning bit quite full node one of our products on AWS and before we proceed if AWS is not your cloud provider, or if you want to provision it on a zoo, or Google Cloud, we have separate videos for that. So you can refer to the support page by going to support and Bitcoin and follow the instructions in the respective video for revisiting it on a zoo, or Google Cloud. In this video, we'll talk about provisioning between full node on AWS cloud. Secondly, if you followed our other videos for provisioning our VMs for the product, on the AWS cloud, for example, if you go to the support page, we have for example, 500, a machine love it and then there is the AWS getting started guide. So let's say you know, you used any of our other products and followed the instruction for provisioning the VM for that product on AWS, then also you can skip this video because this video will be on the similar lines, only differences here we are going to Professor Bitcoin full node.

So if you're familiar with the provisioning of VMs on AWS by going to our previous videos, you can follow the same steps and flow isn't it? Now, having said that, if you are new to this, you don't know how to provision our VM. So you can follow this video for that. So first, you need to go to our products page. Select the product, in this case, the Bitcoin full node, click on Get it on AWS, it will take you to the AWS listing Far Bitcoin full node. This is one way you can navigate to our listed the other ways you can directly go to the AWS marketplace.

Open the marketplace and you can search for big boy. So this way also you can get the list open the listing and then you can follow this continue to subscribe like, so you can click on that it will show you the product. You can continue to the configuration. And here by default, it will give you this option for deployment. You can go with the default. If you want Purchase of this, you can do that.

Click on Continue to launch. On this page, you can see some user instructions. The same user instructions are also available on our support page. And in this video also we are going to go through the same usage instructions. Okay. So this is just for your reference that you have the option where you want to launch this, we will go with launch from website itself.

The other option is you can launch it through the EC two console. Or there are there is the coffee to service catalog, so we'll go with the website option. By default, it will get deployed on T two large instance which comes with eight GB RAM to virtual cores. That is more than enough to get To start it, but if you want a larger machine, you can go with that as well. Then VPC settings, so here you can select your existing VPC or it is better to create a VPC in EC two, because that way you will have a separate Virtual Private Cloud configuration. But you know, I already have this VPC.

So I will select that subnet setting go with the default security group. Now this is very important. This VM comes with two ports, which needs to be open. One is Port 22 to connect to your machine or SSH and Port 3389 to connect to the virtual machine via wire, your remote desktop. Okay, so you To make sure that you click on Create new based on similar settings for the security group. So I'll click on that I will give it a name by SC for security group.

Something like that. market this market place just for my understanding. Here you can see two ports will be open, click on Save. And then the key pair also you need to make sure that you select a key pair which you already have with you. Otherwise, click on Create a new key pair, a new key pair and download it the key pair and then launch So now the VM is launched. And you can now go to your VM through the issue console or from here itself, we have this link to EC two console, and click on that it will take me to the EC two console.

And here, we will see how to connect to a VM. So there are two different ways. One is through the putty, SSH shell. So you can select your VM, copy the public IP, open up putty terminal. Put your public IP also you need to make sure that you go to SSH and authentication and browse and give your public key not your public key, the private key for the instance. So here, I'm going to give it IP address, click on Open, select this.

And now you can log in. Now by default, the there is one user called Ubuntu. So you need to use this user ID because the virtual machine is configured for a boon to user. So you need to use Ubuntu as the user ID. Okay, it will get authenticated. And now you are logged in.

So this is one way you can connect to your virtual machine through putty using the private key. The other option is through the remote tech stop. But for remote desktop notification is based on password not based on the key encryption key. So for that, what you need to do is you need to set a password for over to user. So here and clear the script you can use this Come on using sudo password open. Since you use sudo, it would ask you for existing password then you can give it some password.

And now you set the password. Now you can use the remote tech stuff for that you can go to your start menu, search for remote desktop, face the same public IP, click on Connect, it will prompt you for this you can check this box and click on yes it will get you connected to the desktop environment. So now you can see I'm connecting to the next top environment it will ask for the password. Give it the same password you gave while connected through the by changing the password. Now sometimes you know on the first first time Whatever it may say that authentication failed it happened some time with this. So So now you can see them connected to the virtual machine This is the desktop environment.

And in our other video we have explained that that environment. So to summarize, In this video, we have gone through the steps to provision the virtual machine for Bitcoin full node on AWS. For that we went to our website went to to the product page, clicked on Bitcoin full node, and click on Get it on AWS and from here we followed the instruction. Got our virtual machine for visa. The other option is you can directly go to the marketplace search for Bitcoin full node. And it will show you that you can follow the instruction from there as well.

So this was in Bitcoin full node dot AWS thanks a lot for watching
