Hi, everyone, and welcome to day four. I'm so glad you're here with me and we meeting together on this empowerment plan. We're moving forward. So today we're going to manage s sabotaging thoughts. not always an easy task. But really for empowerment, it's really essential we can manage our own thoughts because before we know it, we can be reliving the past over and over and over again.
So how to do that how to manage these sabotaging thoughts. So the first thing we do is observe, which is to observe our thoughts. So what's going through a head and this is easy to do. I actually found it easy to do when I was driving. So I'm in that same I'm just sort of focusing on the road and the other drives and everything around. That thought is still going and I can catch what I'm thinking.
So anything else that's meditative, even while watching the telly. You can think or hang on what was Thinking and realize what you were thinking what you're really leaving something we're projecting into the future, away with yourself here and now. So we can just let our thoughts go by just observe them, what are we thinking? Or you can even just sit down and just be peaceful, and instead of your thoughts, and we'll and we'll see what comes in and just let these thoughts come in and go out again. And then we'll get a feel for where our thoughts are going a lot of the time. And if we're not happy with that, if we're not really present, and our thoughts are reliving the past, are projecting a lot into the future.
You can change that. Because our thoughts will determine our feelings as well. It's a bit of a cycle thoughts and feelings and emotions and feelings and thoughts. It's all quiet. One leading into the other all the time. So we want to have these positive thoughts.
So we want to gain control of things, thoughts. So we can really do that by putting a positive thought. In our own heads, we're in charge of what we think you are in charge of what you think. So you're in charge of where your life goes to a certain degree. So we can be thinking, Well, what do I want to achieve today? And think along those lines, I can think about the now the present, how am I failing now?
Is there anything I can do to help myself feel better? Well, you have your empowerment plan to go to all the time. So please use that as a resource. It's a great resource for you. What are the goals that I want to be achieving? And then work back from there.
So you can start something you can start in a direction where you want to be going? Even if you manage your thoughts and think of three good points of someone else, a work college, a fan, a colleague, a family member, a friend, or yourself, sometimes that's the hardest thing to do. So, rather than it being a stumbling block, pick two or three good points, have a friend, a family member, a neighbor, and then you're thinking positively. So you can always change your thoughts to manage your thoughts. And this really empowers you because you're not reliving the past or projecting into the future because no one knows the future. So if we're thinking something, present, a goal we want to achieve what we can do now to help us achieve that.
Awesome good point that someone else can really change your whole mindset. So that's your sabotaging thoughts and how to manage them. Okay, so that's the deserve question and then gain control. Okay, so tomorrow I've got something really exciting for you. It's the dynamic visualization. And these dynamic visualizations are really powerful, because they can move situations, they can actually change your mindset so situations can move.
So join me tomorrow, this last tip of our empowerment plan through a dynamic visualization. So thanks, everybody, and I'll see you tomorrow. Bye for now.
