So what we've got for you is, every day you'll be getting an email lesson in your email box. And they'll be worksheets to track this for you to keep keep everything for as long as you like and the rest of your life, you'll have access to this.

And you'll also be getting a video lesson as well. So those three things each day to help move you forward in a positive direction. And if you like anytime you like you can skip over to the Facebook page, your empowerment plan Facebook page, there'll be a link to it. If for any reason, something doesn't turn up in your inbox, you can't get to the Facebook page you have any sort of technical hiccup, please let me know there'll be the email technical hiccups email on this page somewhere. It's useful to have daily, what I do is I put everything in a big folder I've got my hauling campaign there have got nutrition, and different meditations and different things that I do, which I can share with you further on down the track.
