This course is for anyone age five to 99. Young children will need parental help and supervision as they perform the exercises to ensure that they are stabilizing their jaw and isolating the tongue. That way they can adequately stretch the muscles and benefit fully from this course. If you're planning to have a frenectomy in the next one to two months, or perhaps even longer, this course is perfect for you as well. If your provider wants to do a frenectomy on you but requires that you work with a myofunctional therapist first. This is also a good choice for you, as my recommendation letter will be submitted so that they do know you have worked with a myofunctional therapist.
