Let us begin by chanting the sacred mantra Aum three times to invoke and balance the energies of Pitta. Our session today will focus on the psychological dimensions of Pitta. Those individuals with Pitta imbalances according to Ayurvedic psychology will be prone to anger, criticism, judgment, temper tantrums, and never-ending analysis.
