Reverse penance stretch for the shoulders. In this video I'm going to show you how to do reverse penance stretch for the shoulders while the client is in prone position. Start by pinning the cup or suction cup down over the medial border of the scapula and then guide your clients arm above their head, supporting both their elbow and wrist. Then return the arm to the side of the table. Release the cups and suction down again, more lateral. Repeat this until you've treated the entire posterior rotator cuff muscle group.
