Copying for the adductors So now that you've cut the quads, we're going to move on to the inner thigh muscles known as the adductors. Stand to the left side of the client as we'll be working in the left adductor and take you the left foot with your left hand and place your right hand underneath their knee. Put your client's left hip into abduction and external rotation by placing their foot onto your right hip. Create a two by three cupping grid over their adductor muscles, Vastus, medialis and hamstrings. There's several lunches, being mindful not to let the cups pop off. So spread your hand over them as you lunch.

Remove the three cups from the hamstrings. Add a fourth cup to the vastus medialis near the knee. do four to five lunges and then reposition the leg back onto the table and remove all the cups. You can leave the cups on longer if you wish. 30 seconds or up to five minutes. It really depends on how restricted the tissue is.

And of course, the client's comfort level. Another way to do cupping for the adductors is the suction for large cups along their inner thigh to the medial knee.
