This is just a small reminder that even though you watch a thousand recorded lessons unless there is close guidance from a skilled teacher, your progress on awakening will be limited at best. These recorded videos are simply a sample of what and how I teach. And it would be in your long-term interest to sign up for the live classes I am offering so that I can monitor your progress.

Please understand that when performance is measured, it improves. But when performance is measured and reported to your teacher for feedback, the rate of improvement accelerates exponentially.
