Hey ladies, you have reached phase five of the internal perspective to postpartum depression. So welcome again to my course I am so honored to have you guys as friends. I want you to stop and pat yourselves on the back. You did it, you made it across all the turbulence to the beautiful islands of freedom. Congratulations. This phase is pure and simple, sweet In short, stop and celebrate yourself.

You've worked hard to make it this far. Don't even go down the road of you should have done something better here there. Because perfection does not exist in the kingdom, your heart and your efforts have been amazing throughout this whole journey. I want to encourage you to continue following the steps that were taught to you during the first four phases. It's so important to stay plugged in with community to make time for yourself. shower, give yourself space.

Stay plugged into the word by reading your Bible, listening to podcasts, podcasts, check out YouTube videos, and your biggest weapons are going to be rest and worship. I have an amazing tip for you that has paid for dividends in my life. Create a culture of faith and breakthrough in your home and in your mind, if you are struggling with postpartum, still, and you're having a hard time, then look up YouTube testimonies about postpartum victories. If you're struggling with finances or health, surrounding yourself with testimonies from believers who are on the other side who are experiencing victory is going to be so powerful in your life. I went to a woman's conference earlier this year and it's crazy but the thing that stood out to me most from that conference was this giant spider on the wall. I know that probably seems so silly, but it was huge.

I was freaked out by it and one of my friends was like, there's a spider, where she literally looks at it and laughs and smacks this thing with a broom, one hand and it falls to the ground. I could not stop thinking about it all weekend. No matter how big, ugly, fast or poisonous. That fear you're feeling is. There are people around you who see it, who have walked through it, and who have hit it down with a broom just like my friend did. Surround yourself with people who aren't going to agree with your fears, but knock them down and make them look silly.

All right, friends, I am celebrating that you are ending this course with new tools to change the legacy of not just your family but your children's family. You are building an empire with the foundation of Jesus as your rock your Cornerstone before I say goodbye, I would like to bless each Have you with a prayer? So Dear God, thank you so much for my friends, for my mama bears for the Warriors that they are. God I pray above all else, that you just lavish their souls. In your love, Holy Spirit, I asked you to guide them, to speak to them, to show them to give them eyes to see ears to hear. And just your presence to feel in every situation of their life.

I declare healing and victory over their life. And I thank you for who you are. In your name. I pray Jesus, amen.
