This session really hits those last fat reserves and targets stubborn Fat from all over the body. The work period gets longer and Rests stay the same so you must now really push for longer in this final 3 weeks.
We use proven conditioning drills that will burn high levels of fat and keep your metabolism high for hours after the session.
It is about 28 minutes in length.
