Simon will also show you how to track your progress week on week to get the best results possible in the shortest time and will give you simple tips that will help you stick to the plan during the period. Whether your goals are to build lean muscle, lose fat, improve performance, etc, you can tailor the plan to what you want to achieve and Get Results.

The best thing about this plan is that you choose the foods, based on the information you work out about your daily needs. Once you stick to your targets for Calories and Protein you can eat the foods you enjoy during the period.
