DESCRIPTION: This session kicks on from Phase 1 targets that Fat from all over the body. Rests get shorter so you must now really push to improve in Phase 2.
We use proven conditioning drills that will burn high levels of fat and keep your metabolism high for hours after the session.
It is about 22 minutes in length.
