Spartan "60 Day Shred" Training Sessions:
Below are the links for all the training sessions in the course. Make sure you do the warm-up session before each session to get loose and ready before the session and to also minimize injury.
You can train at your own pace, however, we recommend doing at least 3 sessions per week, but we have also included a 4th session each week as a bonus, to get even more awesome results over the 60 days.
