If you have low back pain and stiffness when you get out of bed, out of the car, or out of a chair, this course is for you. If you have pain on one side of your back or both, this course is for you. If you have shot, stabbing pain into your buttock, thigh, or lower leg, this course is not for you, and you should consult a medical professional for an individualized evaluation and treatment plan. If you have had any changes in sensation (numbness, tingling, burning, etc) in your leg or pelvic region, changes in your ability to control your bowels or bladder, see a medical professional.
This course covers the most common cause of low back pain, by far, that I treat in my practice. If you have had episodes of "throwing out" your back, or frequently feel like you "tweak" your back, this class is a great start towards feeling better.
Disclaimer: This course provides a quick screen that you can do on your own, and self-treatments for your findings. It does not take the place of an individualized examination by a licensed healthcare professional, and if you have any concerns, you should seek out a licensed physician, physical therapist, or chiropractor in your area. This class should not be construed as medical care for your specific injury or condition, and it is for educational purposes only.
