I got frustrated with not being able to provide my friends with quick fixes for their pain. Traditional physical therapy required a lot f boring exercises and typically multiple visits over several weeks to get relief. I knew there had to be a better way, so I started thinking way outside the box and created my own method of super simple evaluation and treatment to provide instant relief and simple at-home activities to provide long-term improvement without multiple visits to my office.
