Module Two days about Greek culture. And the objectives around this module are to understand why culture is so essential to engagement and growth. So by building a great culture, we'll understand how you can speak directly to your members and be able to speak directly to them means that you can build a trust. And this is super important because if you are creating spaces online, and within the Facebook group platform, you need to be able to create a space where people feel able to share feel a secure, so it's super important. So trust is a massive part of building community. And also you need to look at how to create your unique voice.

So this is the way that you talk to people. So if you are in certain environments, maybe you speak in a certain way, but because you speak in that way you connect with the other people in this same environment. So we'll go into that in a bit more detail. But so coaches So in communities viewing and clicking on content is not enough to build relationships or community value. So you don't build a community by just clicking on content. So often people will think they have Facebook group is active, but actually they only have an audience because they're the only one posting.

So unless you as the community manager, or the community leader, can create a culture that makes individuals feel comfortable enough to share their experiences. And they want to answer other people's questions within the group, and they get their own questions answers, the community will fail. So this is really important. So really think about the culture that you want to create, and what's acceptable in your group. So, as I was saying, this is this is called the culture of trust. So it's about creating an environment of safety of familiarity and openness.

So this builds trust, which in turn engagement. So the core of this is the foundation that will make the members feel belonging and they'll feel that they can identify with others in that group and engage. So you've probably heard this your vibe attracts your tribe. But this starts with what is your vibe? So what are you all about? If community were swearing acceptable?

Is it a community where there's lots of hearts and love and support? Or is it a masculine community or whatever? Sounds like someone was being killed and outside. I think it's a bike. Sorry about that. And so what's your vibe is super important.

Establish this from the start. And like, as I was saying, your vibe attracts your tribe. So what shores what voice and tone do you use? How do you communicate? Do you swear in your group, do you not it's already important and Basically, as the leader, you're setting the tone for the group. So the way you start off, and the way you start communicating with people is the way that your work you the way you demonstrate it will be mirrored and copied by others in the group.

So it's really important. So here's an action step. So you can choose a celebrity or a high profile person who best represents your community voice. So someone you think like, Hey, this is how we want it to go. So if you choose a human, it really helps you define and makes it more tangible to do this exercise. So write two or three sentences, sentences, and Mitch describes them and how they would represent your community.

So this is an example. So Daniel Priestley. He's the author of four books, I think now. So he's written entrepreneur revolution. He's written a key person of influence over subscribed and 24 assets. So he's a founder of dent global, which is an entrepreneurial training platform, and which is a global organization, and I run their community and help them structurally.

So big fan of Daniels and big fan of dent, so I'm using him as an example. So Daniel Priestley is a visionary, but he's also down to earth. He's serious, but he's also playful. So he's got a sense of humor. And he picks heater down to those serious Take a look. Sometimes you don't need surgery in your life you don't need he's talking rubbish as well.

I'm not happy to say sorry. So I was saying before I was rudely interrupted, and so he's insightful. But he's also ahead of the curve as well. So he will say stuff and then it will come true. He's got a sense of humor, but he's respected so he's not too stupid. But he's got this subtle sense of humor, but he's really respected.

So he's inclusive and Welcoming. So if you see him and event he'll come and speak to you. But he also commands or thority. So that's just a way to describe Daniel Priestley and what he stands for. So think about the celebrity you're choosing and list the five traits that describe your voice using this pattern. So we are x but not x.

So example here is, we are passionate, that we're respectful. We have a sense of humor. But we're not sarcastic because obviously the line between those two were helpful but not overbearing. We are visionary, but we're backed up by research and history. So you see how they play off each other so you can get an idea you can think about how you want to communicate, whether you want to swear in the group. What the banter will be like, what the graphics will be like, and all those kinds of things and that will really help you form and create one of the best communities because you'll know How you can carry on and speak and you will attract people who are naturally in line with how you're talking to your audience.

So that's this week this modules exercise. And, yeah, good luck with that. It's super helpful and super useful. Looking forward.
