And you want to learn how you can grow the group, how you can effectively engage the people in the group and really how you can make it something that you can monetize and make it as a real addition to your business rather than a drain. So I just wanted to tell you a bit about myself.

And this is me, this was this week, which is really exciting. And Facebook recognized me as a leader in this space, and they invited me to their offices, and it was really cool. And you can see I was having quite a great time there and telling the teaching me about what's going on or the new upcoming products and additions to Facebook groups. So it's really exciting time. If you're a membership site, you can take these principles and apply it to their so it's really a really great course to learn from so that's me, Facebook group Facebook group at Facebook, which is really fun. This was fun, which they hung up on their walls, which says for the last five years, I've been passionate about burning community because I know that community will be the core of all businesses in the future. And how Facebook acknowledged that was a super cool moment for me. So as I said, I've been in the space since 2013. Back in 2013, I wrote a book about membership sites.

And he said to me that he entrusted me with community, his community, and so I'm running his community for his company, which is dent global, which is an entrepreneurial training company. And, yes, I'm running his community helping him with the strategy or rather, I'm creating especially and I'm telling him what we're doing. And so that's super amazing. achievement for me, so I've won awards for getting stuff Done and partnerships, and yeah, after like kind of a lot of crazy things and other things. So community.

So high logic is a community management software platform. And then he found me contacted me a couple of years ago, I went out to their offices in Washington, DC. And I was in this big boardroom with all these people saying, Hi, tell us about community glare. Like we really want to know how you can help us in this space. That was like two years ago, so that was a cool thing. I got the hat as you can see, I've spoken event so that's a lead gen summit.

So that was Richard Woods event, who you may know because he was on the BBC, on the apprentice, he phoned me up and he said, Claire, Facebook groups are going to be big. And I was like, ya know, he's like, come speak at my event. And that was coming up for two years ago as well. I believe and I think it's two years ago so quickly, at Boston at Simon Colson, who I've run multiple events with and seven And spike in his events as well. And that's me being a little bit pesky as normal. So yeah, so, one, you know, beer is an example of community are built on Facebook, which they monetize.

They've been featured on BBC, all kinds of communities, all kinds of media outlets, in their work with getting people off drinking. So yeah, there's just a few examples, there are a load more, but I don't want to go on too much. But I want you to know that you're in safe hands, and that I am totally committed to building community in business, be able to monetize it, and really make an impact in the world.
