There are no qualifications or experience prerequisites for doing the course.

What is needed is :

• Passion for learning and practicing new skills and mindset.
• Desire to improve one's leadership and performance levels.
• Willingness to work on one's beliefs and self-awareness.

Requirement details:

• The Course consists of discrete modules consisting of video presentations as well as supplementary reading pieces. I would encourage you to go through these carefully and gain an understanding of the material presented. The main learning and the desired mindset shifts would come through your engaging in the guided inquiry sections. I would encourage you to spend as much time as you can in these sections as they would ensure the needed outcome and the reason for your coming into this program.
• The course format is simple. You would complete the modules in the sequence provided. You would complete the various inquiry sheets as well as the quiz responses. Once the same is completed, you will continue further in the program. You are free to do the course at your own pace and convenience. I usually do not put a time frame for completion. You are of course free to write to me for any clarifications or comments.
• The course also has an offer of an online session with me as per a monthly schedule that would be announced. Should you wish to join the session for further discussions and needed clarification, you are welcome. After you complete the course, I would also offer one-to-one coaching conversation support (optional) to ensure you resolve any real-life problem or challenge you might be facing.
