DESCRIPTION: We start with the aspect of Relational Assimilation which conceptually is all about identifying and defining groups relevant to our business and manipulation of the group boundary-level interactions to advance our own interests. It thus is all about being conscious of and addressing stakeholder concerns

To ensure effective relational assimilation, we need to exhibit certain qualities in our interactions.
The first one is Honouring our word. This is also known as the Integrity of our word.
The second one is &lsquo;Being and acting consistent with who you are.&rsquo; This is all about being authentic
The third one is &lsquo;Listening with no intention, no judgment, no Right or Wrong&rsquo;. This is called Active Listening.
This chapter is all about providing you access to the above qualities and enabling you to exhibit them in your day-to-day interactions.
