DESCRIPTION: We need to carry out the so-called Design from the heart, which is basically our intuition. Intuition evolves from our overall domain knowledge, insights as well as past experiences. But possibly, more importantly, using our heads to create context-based possibilities. We do this by practicing and deepening our mastery of Action Steps 1 and 2.

As part of an organization, we need to tie back what we are certain of+ what we know + what we can do with our Organisation’s purpose.
We improve our proficiency in ‘Future back perspective’ using Action Step 3.
We become more proficient in terms of Ownership of the narrative used to address stakeholder concerns through Action Step 4
Lastly, we create our Resilience plan as per Action Step 5 to be better equipped to bounce from the crisis.
