Like charades, act out the word or an action (verb).
Use all the senses possible. You can show an object, look in the direction of an object, make sounds to give hints, and show in your face if the smell or taste of something is pleasant.
Act out a story and leave the intended vocabulary word out purposely. Pause and wait for the players to provide a collective answer.
Play charades with players as a way to teach them TPR.
