The best part of being on a team is learning about each player's different personalities, strengths, and weaknesses. The silliest player may be brilliant and compensates by being silly because he could be bored with the program's speed. Conversely, a silly player may lack skills and hide well. Their gift may be that he is highly compassionate and needs to be given a task to make the learning more purposeful and improve the team. In time, everyone will become more aware of each other's gifts and talents.
Learning a foreign language requires patience, time, and the genuine building of relationships. Everyone is equally valuable, and games are a great way to draw everyone together.
If you have a quiet or introverted player, it is important to draw them out by matching their personality when dealing with them one-on-one. Ask others to be respectful and give them time to answer.
