Does this feeling belong to me? As an empath, you are going to have a lot of feelings. Your own emotions are stronger than the average person unless you get to feel the emotions or energy of others around you. Many times empaths will mistake feeling the emotions of another for their own emotions. Therefore, some empaths can see moody or have mood swings. There are lots of other reasons for mood swings too.
And it is always important to talk to your doctor if you are having mood swings that seem unexpected. Anytime you come across a negative feeling, stop and try not to react to it, and rather question it. Why are you feeling this? Is there a reason right now why you were feeling this? If so, what can you do to change it? If it seems random, it probably belongs to someone else.
Stopping when having a negative emotion is a great idea for anyone looking for more emotional control. Stopping keeps us from reading acting in a way that we may regret later. It gives us control over our emotions giving us the power to be happy instead of giving that power away to others.
