Let's review. Now that we have come to the end of the course, let's review what we have learned about what an empath is the traits of empaths and ways for empaths to cope with the added stress. One, we learned an empath is a person that feels the emotions and energy of people in places around them, too. We learned there are many signs of being an empath, including losing your sense of self sensitivity to light, noise and crowds, anxiety and depression, guilt over sensitivity, daydreaming, always giving the benefit of the doubt, strong desire to help others. Sensing lies, strong connection to nature and animals. healing abilities, not fitting in shyness and lots more Three, we learned about different types of empaths, including the emotional empath, which is the most common that feels the emotions of others.

The physical medical empath, who can feel the energy in people's bodies intuitively knowing where something is wrong. The geomantic empath that feels the energy of a place or landscape, the plant empath that can feel the energy of plants, animal empaths that feel the energy of animals and what they need the intuitive empath that can sense people's intent and the heyoka empath, the silly clown that shows us a new different perspective by doing things differently and showing you your potential. Four, we learned that a highly sensitive person may not be an empath, but an empath is always a highly sensitive person. Five we learned that in romantic relationships empaths are very giving and loyal and will fight for you but they can be moody You're intense because they can feel so much more empaths are drawn to narcissists and should always pay attention for any red flags.

Six, we learned that many empaths have extrasensory abilities, and they are referred to as the Claire's clairvoyance, seeing intuitive messages clairaudience hearing intuitive messages clairsentience feeling intuitive messages and Claire cognizance knowing intuitive messages. Seven we learned that we have an energy body and it needs healing and cleansing just like our physical body does. Eat, we learned that there are seven energy centers to our energy body called chakras, and they each have specific areas of the body that they cover. Keeping them balanced keeps the energy body healthy. Nine, we learned that in our brains we have something called mirror neurons that react to other people's expressions and body language even our brain has a special place for the empath. 10 we learned coping strategies such as setting healthy boundaries and learning to say no when we need to.

11 We learned that inner work is healing our own emotions past or present by looking at our limiting beliefs and changing them to empowering ones and forgiving past pain by giving it a new forgiving perspective. 12 we learned that it's important to put yourself first because you can't help anyone if your own bucket is empty. You need to put your oxygen mask on first or you will pass out before you can help anyone else. 13 we learned that present moment awareness helps keep us in the now the past is gone. The future isn't here yet. And life is a series of now.

14 We learned that when we get a negative emotion we need to stop and question it. Think about if this emotion belongs to us, or someone around us 15 we learned that empaths need people breaks alone time is crucial for empaths to recharge and let go of excess energy that they have picked up. 16 we learned that intuition is that positive or negative feeling we get when we know we should or shouldn't do something and ways to practice and enhance it, including paying attention to gut feelings. Not to always put logic first because our soul may have a different path in mind. Write down sudden ideas or thoughts that popped into your head and also write down when your intuition works or doesn't work to keep you aware. Be in a positive emotional state and to avoid the media brainwashing telling you what you should or want to feel.

17 We learned ways to protect our energy including letting people experience their pain so they can learn the lessons they need in life, that energy vampire Tires make us feel drained and unhappy so we should avoid them if possible. Meditation is helpful and as easy as sitting in a quiet place and letting your mind wander. Water cleanses energy to there are gemstones that will protect your energy and grounding is the healing technique where you stand or walk barefoot on the earth absorbing the energy of the planet. 18 we learned five crystals that are good for empaths including Rose Quartz to increase feelings of love, Black Tourmaline for protection against negative energy, Amethyst to increase intuition lepida light to enhance the energy of the other stones and Molokai which removes the emotional blockages 19 we learned some different ways to clean the energy in our space, including using sea salt or baking soda in the bath or shower to purify body lotion can act as a barrier between you and others with the right intention smudging your home using stage incense will clean negative energy from a space so will cleaning it normally and moving your body will shake off that extra energy you don't need.

And 20 we learned that empaths take you are what you eat to a new level due to sensing energy, which means eating too much processed food will make them feel tired and that some even stop eating meat because of feeling the negative energy of the suffering of the animal
