Hi, welcome. As a bonus, today, I'm going to teach you whole body testing, finding your own emotion. So you can ask yourself how you're feeling that day. So we're going to do this two different ways. One is whole body testing and finding out our emotion through our motion chart, which you can find in the back of your manual. The second way is going to be learning how to jayvees using emotional cards.

This can be bought on my website, and they said, emotions correlating to the five elements, which we learned in kinesiology. So the first way is using a whole body testing, like have taught you earlier. We're going to ask her in the night wisdom How am I feeling today? So to begin, I'm going to set up a yesterday I asked my body to give me Yes. And again to me, I got bored. I'm gonna ask somebody to give me a note.

Nobody's gonna go backwards. So now we can use it to find our own answers. We can use it to find remedies. What do I actually need today? Do I need to switch my brain on? Do I need to do my full cut technique that we've learned?

Or maybe I just need to find out how I feel today. So how do we do this? We can ask our emotions through our bodies. So I could ask using the chart that's in your manual, how am I feeling today is my emotion in the fire elements? And my body goes backwards because no. Okay, my last is my body in the earth, emotional chat.

And again, my points come back to this, which means I'm going to ask is my body in the medical emotion in my body. So going down the chat, we've got the water element. This is my emotional component today right now. In the water, emotion and my body Going forward, but I guess it is. So we're gonna ask in the water emotions, which one of these emotions relate to me right now? Again, we can use the body and I'm gonna ask, is that fear?

No, we're gonna come back to neutral. Is that anxiety? No, nobody goes backwards. Okay, let's just go down Am I bad results today? My body goes backwards. So I'm just sort of scanning through and having a look.

So I'm gonna go in and go, okay. And I might use my intuition to be here is my body. Emotional stance today all about in the direction of a body really loves that one. So I could think what does that mean right now in my world, it could it could mean that I am going inside myself and I'm looking at my direction of where I want to go. And I guess today I'm filming this for you. So this is part of mine in the directions So I could relate that to me.

And that's the positive emotion. But let's just say I teach fear, okay? Maybe I might want to use some remedies in the book to bring my body back to a place that integrates. Well, I feel focused again can take away we could use this in a more intuitive why we could use emotional cards, like we would use our article, cholera cherica. And we could spread things out. And what we could do is just feel using our sixth sense, where am I at right now?

And I could just hold my hands over the cards and just see what stands out for me Where am I at? And and I've got so I might need to ponder on that. And I thought you know what that might mean. I could ask for another car so I could go Okay, let's get a bit more information. Got the word tolerance. And so if I think back today, I can't relate to this, but yesterday I could definitely relate to these emotions and maybe my body's still processing some emotions.

Sometimes negative emotions lead us to positive outcomes. We don't always need to pick positive emotions. And we could still keep going into we've got a story, or we could just have the one puppet down and ponder it for the day. We might get the answer later on today. So there's two ways we can use this whole body testing the emotional chat or asking intuitively for an emotion
