Welcome to technique number six called whole body testing. This is the kinesiology technique to ask your body questions and to finances using your own innate wisdom within your own body. So many questions clients have asked me is how do I test up a muscle test myself. This is the self origin and testing technique that's easy and reliable, and why to find your own answers and stuff comparing to the fundamental testing using the whole body will be involved. The buyer big feedback to talk to your body and your mind and the whole thing. This allows you to access and audit your own body system and find your own answers and awareness.

Use this technique anyway. It's a non touch technique required, they can do it on yourself. You don't need assistance, you don't need to muscle test anyone else. You're actually asking yourself Body wisdom. You can use this technique in two ways. The first way is a stress response, what's stressful and what may not be stressful?

And the second way is asking your body a yes or no question. So you can begin to use this to find out what you like, what's your highest good, how you feel that day, what you want for dinner, etc, etc. So demonstrate the first technique. The first technique is direct response. What we're going to do is we're going to think of something in our mind that makes you feel stressed. People usually produce a backward movement.

There will be 1% of you out there, that when you're stressed to make our forward, this is an intentional exercise of standing up which way is stressful and which one isn't. So what we're going to do is, I'll demonstrate the first part, we're going to be just just been quite neutral and relaxed. gotta pop something in our mind, and we're gonna, which way about body? The direction is stressful? So I'm going to pop something in, in my mind right now that's stressful. I'm going to make you think of something very simple, like, when I drink it would not play.

Which way does my body want to go? It's telling me that it's stressful. And as you can see, my body's going backwards. So my body's saying, when I'm stressed, the indicator of my body wants to go back. So let's change this and maybe I'll put something in my mind about feeling positive. And I wake up in the morning and I've had a great month like, and I'm just getting ready to go, which is my body want to go when I think about this.

Nobody wants to come forward. When we're walking to a room, and we go to work Come on, we really like energies going forward. When we walk into a room and they might be some energy disturbance or someone that puts us off or we don't watching much, we may back away from them. This is very similar to the stress response technique. So usually when we think of something positive, when we're thinking of something negative or stressful percent I imagine the opposite to Don't worry, that's the way you go. If your body when you think of something stressful going forward, that's just the way it is.

You're setting it up so your body knows which direction sometimes you may put a emotional thought in your mind and your body size neutral or it goes to the side. That might be too much look at something else ask a different question have a different function. So that's whole body testing technique one, part one, which is the stress response. The second part is asking a yes or no question. That became me because I set up the body so the body knows what we're doing. The in my mind, I'm asking my body to show me which direction and so maybe my body's gonna go forward.

And again, there might be one person out there that when you ask, yes, your body goes back. The most of you will go Hold on. Yes. And I won't mean ask for you to give me a note, which direction is a note? And my body wants to go back. So now let's set up a second part of the questions.

So when we ask a question, we also want to intentionally eyes that as for our high school, the in the manual was good Questions? Am I setting this up? Is this for my highest good? Is this beneficial for me? Because there's no questions you can start to ponder on when you're asking a question. So it's as easy as me asking myself.

Did I go did not sleep last night? My body said yes. And actually, but we could use it to ask other questions like, we could be in a supermarket and we're asking what vitamins we might want to use. And we may look at one of these things in our lives. And then we might grab another one and look at another one and ask is this funny now? So I'm just giving you a few ideas how you can be really creative with these techniques and you can start to ask your neighbors to give you the essence of your solutions.
