Hi, welcome to technique two. This is acupressure points through the integrated station vein. The points that I'm going to be showing you today are three points that I believe after years of clinical practice can help restore back the energy back into your body. So you can create a sense of calmness, focus, response and empowerment. These points also make you feel grounded and switched on by stimulating the following points and I'm going to demonstrate, you'll get out of the bob response which is back right into an integrated state of mind where you can think feel and think again. So I'm just going to demonstrate things that can be found in the manual.

The first one we're going to be looking at is kidney one. Kidney one point is down on the bottom of the foot. So I'm just gonna demonstrate where this has been found. As you can see my fingers This is kidney one point. And what you can do is you can hold these points for about one to two minutes And wait for some little Junior some little energy to flow through. Some of you may be out in fields and some of you may know you can do one foot at a time as you demonstrate this on yourself.

This is a very grounding technique and helps you bring you back to center. It's a motivational point an inspirational point, the bubbling spring point. The second acupressure point that I'm going to demonstrate is 196. This is going to be found on the head. just demonstrate where these these points point not at 1.9 point six. This correlate to acupressure points.

And we're going to just be holding this here. And again for one to two minutes based on rubbing points beta holding. This is also a grounding point and correlate to the lungs Again, just holding for one to two minutes, some of you may be quite sensitive and feel energy flowing. Others may not, doesn't matter if you can't feel anything, just hold the point for one to two minutes. And a good thing to do is to spring. The third technique we're going to be using is going to need dummy 35.

And again, these are in your manual. This is great for relating any energy. So the first point is in the middle of the day cap, and you can use both hands. And again, just holding not rubbing. You need to do the stomach 35 and then we're going to be doing stomach 36, which you'll find just under the kneecap just below the other way Just below and can hold dates together. isn't the right one for knee pain.

It also relates to the stomach Meridian, which talks to us a bit about being satisfied and fulfilled in our life. Great, one should have good digestion. And again, one to two minutes just told you this point.
