You will use the Guidebook to take notes of key points from the training videos. Additionally, there are worksheets that you will use to assist you in identifying workspace solutions so that you can be productive at home.
Make sure you complete the Home Solutions Self Assessment. Your feedback will help Dr.Pat be prepared for your 1:1 coaching session with her.
