When you tell someone, "Hello, I'm a digital entrepreneur."

There are three things you're likely to hear:

1. You get a variation of an, “Oh, you're unemployed,” kind of sympathy.
2. You hear, “Yeah, I think my sister’s boyfriend’s cousin’s brother's best friend knows somebody who does that.”
3. You get an “uh-huh,” usually meaning, “I don't really know what that means, but I really don't want to ask.”

If you spend any amount of time on social media, then you are already online. Working online, being your own boss, meeting a variety of people from around the world, following your passions: These are all aspects of being a digital entrepreneur, and ones you will experience in due time.
