Your no1 tasks, is your key to future success?
When people plan their day and prioritize their to-do list, the first thing they often do is put off doing the task they said was their no1 most important task of the day.
By doing this, they also put off their dreams, never to be realized. If you set a task as your number for the day, then it must be done first. In this mini-class, you will learn to always do the task you have chosen as your No1 most important task first. Our aim is to help you get twice as much done in your day, so you can start achieving your business and personal goals, and still have time left over to do the things you love to do.
This mini-class is number 9 in a series of 21-time management mini-classes. You can also access all of these classes by going to our “Ultimate time management program.” You will have lifetime access to this class, enabling you to always be able to access and review the lessons as required.
My name is Peter Johnson, my clients started calling me the time retriever, because of the results they are achieving from my coaching. From a young age, I had reasonable time management skills, however, as I moved up the business ladder, I found the skills I had were not enough. I did a traditional time management course, but It only taught me what I was already doing, it did not teach me how to actually get the tasks I had planned to do done.
As I started managing larger and larger teams (from 2 to over 200 team members) I found I had to find and develop more unique skills to keep my day under control, get things done and achieve the results my roles were required to achieve. Over these years I worked for small to large organizations and had my own businesses at different times.
When I started coaching, I found most business owners had the same struggles as I had, so I reviewed everything I had learned over the years, picked out the skills that were most important to time management and taking back control of your day, and created the ultimate time management program.
