Welcome. I am so excited to be here today. So circling our head today, get that neck all warmed up something today Build necessary expenditures. Ooh, so fun. I know I reach in both arms. Oh.

Nice. Nice stretch. Excellent. Yeah. We'll talk about some ways that we can flip the narrative on this one as well. talk a lot about that.

Talk about taking something that's negative in our lives or perceived negative and and how can we change it? How do we get our own? How do we embrace what Seems to be negative, to create something absolutely positive and beautiful and productive, right? Because dwelling on all those negative things and really zapping our energy is a total waste of time. Right? We all know that we still do it.

I have to do this on a daily basis to have to catch myself having negative thoughts. Nope, not doing that today. Is the daily chart really long. Just keep a deep breath in here. All right. The back of our heads, just gonna warm up our calves and kind of do a nice tight stretch at the same time.

And while our junior talks about Bill, okay, so we all have this reality of being alive, so fun. And it can get to be a source of anxiety, frustration, sources, right? If you're in a relationship and you have to figure out the whole financial thing together, right, it can be doubly fear inducing. And just depending on what your situation is, regardless of whether you have enough at the end of every month when you feel secure and better, or when you don't fill up something to do, right. It's not something we're looking forward to doing. Take a moment to think about us in a different way.

So, we're used to thinking about it as a necessary evil to living right. But you know what it actually is. It is a wonderful opportunity for us to express gratitude. Sounds strange. But here's the thing. When you get a bill for electricity, water, or your home mortgage or rent or however you're doing it is done.

Hey, I hate this is I resent it. I don't feel good doing it. Whatever the thing is that you feel about it in that space. I'm grateful. I have the opportunity. need to pay this because that means I have a roof over my head.

I'm grateful to have an opportunity to pay my water bill so that I have clean fresh water for showers and for cooking and for GP. And I'm grateful I have electricity that powers my life. Right? So taking those things, again, that we don't like, about life. And instead of being ungrateful for them, it was that cool. Let's just talk about ways that we can feel grateful.

And so if you do have all the different things in your life that are necessary payments, even things like I have to pay for childcare or I have to pay you know, anything like that is one way to go. I have children that I can take care of or I'm grateful that I have an opportunity to take this class. Ask for whatever the things are that we are paying for that are necessary. Take time to think about them in terms of why weren't paying for them, we're paying for them because we now have a service that we can be grateful for. Right? There are so many people that don't even have access to those things in the first place, let alone as readily as we do.

So you can do this in two ways. One choice Can you can stack, like basically foot to me need a foot or something a little different. You can also do it this way. Second up, we're gonna go ahead and actually do it this way today. So I want you to think about the building pathway that caused you anxiety or frustration. And I want you to actually write them down.

Down, and then put them in a wire grateful for them. So for instance, my list includes things like have a car payment, well, that's not much of the pay, but what it does is provide me transportation, to get to work, and to get to the park that I love. So what I always do is say, All right, I'm grateful that I get to pay to have a car because now that gives me the freedom to go wherever I want. And so things like that really help us to get out of a mindset of again, dealing with things like that on a on the basis of resentment. And instead we can just say, Hey, I'm gonna choose to see the positive and it's a really, really powerful mindset shift. And I would highly recommend that that becomes your, your go to, as you think about these sorts of things in the future, It's gonna take some work.

It's a habit that children all have to develop and continually have to develop. skills to come through and definitely not Whoa, grateful. But recognizing that what we're feeling and recognizing that we can do better, and and switch, switch to narrative, that's what we want to do. And so I invite you to join me on that. And then let's go ahead and do some of our affirmation. This time I'm actually going to have us number one, when me just like this, if you want to sit back and just sort of into that have you can feeling comfortable for you today.

I'm here affirmations. I'm like grateful person. I regularly express gratitude for all the wonderful things in my life. I'm grateful that I can enjoy the life that I want and that I deserve to pay my bills. Money is flowing into my life regularly so that when I pay bills, resentments My heart feels gratitude. I am an abundant person.
