DESCRIPTION: 
In level 1, you taught your dog to look at your eyes and to hold that eye contact for up to six seconds. In level 2, you will build on that skill by increasing duration and distractions. You will increase the amount of time your dog can maintain eye contact, one second at a time until he reaches 10 seconds. If he makes it to 7 seconds but looks away at 8 seconds, go back to one second and build-up, one second at a time, until he can do 8 seconds. To clarify hold eye contact for a 1-second click treat. Hold for 2 seconds click treat. Hold for 3 seconds click treat. Hold for 4 seconds click treat. The dog looks away, so start over at 1 second. Hold eye contact for a 1-second click treat. Hold for 2 seconds click treat. Hold for 3 seconds click treat. Hold for 4 seconds click treat. Hold for 5 seconds click treat and keep going and going and going.
