Good morning Athletes and Champions, The reason why I created this course, the reason why I decided to become a mental performance coach is that I have so much love, respect, admiration for the dream that's inside of you. I really do. And because of that, I want to protect your dream. I want to guide it. I want to help it. I want to do everything I can to make sure it comes true. I was 6 years old, the first time I dreamt of becoming a professional athlete, and I was 39 years old when I became one. During all that time, this dream lived inside of me. Sometimes it was shining bright, sometimes it was suffering hard. In this course you just purchased, I am using every piece of the positive and negative experience I went through during the last 25 years to make sure your dream is protected, helped, guided and ultimately comes true. I really do. Thank you for trusting me. This course is divided into 4 different modules: mental toughness, pre-competition mindset preparation, the people around you, and self-care. I decided to answer these topics, not because they're my favorite ones, but because the first questions of my 1-on-1 clients were about these. Each module includes between 9 and 4 videos, each between 10 and 30 minutes. Each video comes with: - A one-page summary of each video's top takeaways, if you want to quickly review one lesson, or if you want to print and tape some key principles on your wall. - A full transcript for non-English-native speakers or for those who like to read. - A one-minute quiz to strengthen what you just learned. - 5 mindset coaching questions that I ask my 1-on-1 clients, to help you grow your mental skills. Comments are allowed for each video. If you have a specific question, please e-mail me at gb@tbaycb.com. All these videos were shot at the end of 2018. The content and its quality all come from the same place of consciousness. However, you will easily notice technical differences (video, sound, clothes). Every time, I see the most amateur-looking videos, I am tempted to shoot them again. But I don't because I love the fact that you can see my growth, rather than a well prepared perfect side of me that is not real. Because when your goal is to become The Best Athlete You Can Be, growth, progression and improvements, and not perfection, is what you must keep your eyes on. Now, let's make your dreams come true. Gregory
