The reason why I created this course, the reason why I decided to become a mental performance coach is that I have so much love, respect, admiration for the dream that's inside of you. I really do.

And because of that, I want to protect your dream. I want to guide it. I want to help it. I want to do everything I can to make sure it comes true.

I was 6 years old, the first time I dreamt of becoming a professional athlete, and I was 39 years old when I became one.

During all that time, this dream lived inside of me. Sometimes it was shining bright, sometimes it was suffering hard.
