Alright, so when it comes to making that video, an mp3 or an audio file for you to upload to, like I said Lipson or iTunes or SoundCloud, just type into Google mp4 into mp3, and there's going to be tons of free converter websites you'll just upload, they'll give you a download, boom mp3 version. You can also do rips inside of your video editors if you'd want to do that as well if you are familiar with video editing, otherwise, this is the quickest, easiest way to do so. With that being said, you often want to make sure that you're getting the highest quality audios to 56 kilobytes per second or higher if you can. That's my only note because sometimes certain libraries or audio book, I'm sorry, audio libraries will not allow anything below a certain kilobyte percentage
