Okay, so when it comes to outsourcing, I want to cover Fiverr first, because I think that that's one of my favorite. I've been on Freelancer for oDesk. And what was the other one? people per hour. And all of these are pretty good websites, but Fiverr probably has the most action on it. And Freelancer can get a little bit pricey, you're looking at more of larger projects or portions to be handed out.

So you're going to pay people more. So Fiverr is more of a micro task. And I don't mean micro tasks, like just go click on this and I'll pay you a few pennies. It's more like, do this set of objectives, like maybe optimize my website, or maybe, you know, optimize these five or 10 blog posts for five bucks, this group of activities, then I'll pay, you know, 510 $15 for whatever it is, and there's so much that you can actually look for through and actually pull up for every one of the services that you may look up from graphic design, to video editing, to transcribing your videos to getting music done or video intros or SEO backlinks, Google rankings, traffic. I mean, there's just so much, there's a few things that I would stay away from, and the main ones would be SEO. And I know that may seem contrary, because I'm a super seller or top seller on Fiverr for SEO.

But I know SEO. And I know that $5 is only viable because I actually lose money on my fiber transactions. That's how much it costs to deliver links. See, what I actually do is I've signed a quarter of a million dollars in contracts through here, and that's why I make money through my SEO efforts. Otherwise, if you're delivering SEO on Fiverr, and making a profit, you're not an Seo provider. That's as simple as it is.

I hate to say that, but anyone who's making money on their SEO efforts here for 510, or even $100 are not providers, that's as simple as it gets. Now, with that being said, I've clicked into a few for people to do maybe an optimization on my website, what you're going to see here is the title, then the number of reviews, we're looking for something that's 4.5 stars and above, that's just kind of like the minimum rating that we want. The reason why is you may not know this, but I know this as being a super seller. If I get a bad review, all I'm going to do is hit refund, I'm going to hit refund, and no matter what that person said, no matter what happened, because I refunded the money, the review is removed. So that's how I keep my ratings up high. So you don't want someone that has 4.5 or below because that means they weren't even willing to refund that money when an issue did occur.

So all of that mixed together. Keep that in mind when picking out and choosing people who have reviews. So he has a 5.0. He has here what you can see as a purple badge, that's a level two seller, it goes level one level two top seller. And then currently they have what's known as like the black premium. I'm a top seller.

And then I have other accounts that are black premiums. And I even show and I'm going to be discovering or showing inside, of course, and you can discover how to actually become top sellers on these websites and make all like I do, you can either make up to about $5,000 a month to 10,000 being top seller. And then on top of that, contracts, it's all about the contract. See, in the course of about I think 18 months, we were signing almost about $15,000 a month in contracts. So whatever we basically made, we would make one and a half to two times as much in contracts because we knew how to upsell people. So that's that's a side side topic, but it's just giving you an idea of how these people are Work on Fiverr.

So that you can be aware that after you order your $5 order, you're going to be up sold, you're going to be offered something that's additional. And just don't worry about it. If you agree with whatever they're talking about, you love the delivery that they just sent you, then sure you can take them up on that next offer. But with that being said, just know that almost every seller is going to do this to you. It's not something where you know, you're a shining star and they want to really set out and take time to help you. It's just the name of the game.

It's marketing. So with that being said, All you're going to do is you can check out the gig right down here, they're going to tell you a lot about what you get. There's even gonna be ways to buy these different packages you can see and these are called add ons in this section, and hopefully I'm going to pull up one here we go. This is known as a package. So packages. Hey, just pay me 25 bucks.

You're gonna Get all these things pay me 45 bucks, you're gonna get all these things. So, again, that's pretty good. We can even compare, we can say, all right, well, this guy is gonna SEO optimize the full website for 15 bucks. So does that mean that he's going to do all of the posts? If so, that's obviously a pretty good deal there. So we may end up ordering this.

But in order to find out, we should contact them. So we click there and we say contact me. How many pages Do you optimize in your $15 package? So you just asked that, you go ahead and send that off. And then once it does, boom, he's gonna get that message. Most people as you'll see the average response time, you're gonna probably reply back in the next couple hours.

Now is it one hour? Exactly. Not always, but it's pretty close. So his recent delivery was about 20 hours ago, which means he was on here and delivering orders just a little bit ago. So He's probably going to be starting his day and another three, four hours delivering orders. So now's the time to get that order in.

If you want to, you know, speed it up. Of course, you always got to remember that right up here is going to be your delivery time. So depending on how many days that you have to deliver, he may wait all the way until three. So keep that in mind. If you want something that's really quick and overnight, you may need to pay for it what's called extra fast. And that's usually 510 15 bucks.

Or you may need to ask him if he can just simply speed it up and he isn't, you know, bogged down. So if you do ask for someone to speed it up, I'm going to tell you, they're gonna give you an extra fast upsell. So the best thing to do is just ask them, Hey, you know, are you really busy right now would you be able to get this done within the next 48 hours, so you can cut it and cut it a little bit less than what their delivery time is. And you can ask him for that. But you can't expect it. That's paying for it gets you.

So if you want it one day pay for it in one day. Otherwise, you can wait three. And it's I mean, come on, if he's going to optimize your whole website, it will probably take three days. So give people the benefit of the doubt. How many revisions Do they have up to one revision. So for this, he has one revision if we went back, and I typed in graphic design, and we put in maybe something like logo design, or I wanted to get, you know, social media graphics done, whatever it is, there's all types of things that you can have.

And if I open up these, you're going to see that they're going to have more revisions. What does that mean? If you have a problem with your order, you can actually go inside and say, Hey, listen, I didn't like this, you know, the way that you delivered it. And what I'm going to do real quick is going to bind and actually show you through my orders a little bit about what you can do. Once you're in the back end, you've placed this order. So inside here, you know, hey, I want to get an extra fat There's my delivery time, right?

So I'm going to proceed to my order. And what that's going to do is check me out and click me through. It's gonna say, okay, upgrade your order, do you want this, you can Yes, click on that, it'll upgrade it. If you don't want it, you can remove it just like that. And then all you do is proceed to payment, there's going to be a little bit of a processing fee, it's usually 50 cents $1. I'm Max I've ever paid was like, I think five bucks for $300 order.

So the processing fees seemed like a lot when you're doing just singular $5 orders. But when you do a larger order 25 bucks or more. It's It's so inexpensive. It's just kind of, you know, negotiable in the sense of, even if it's that much extra, it's just kind of taxes. So here we have a few of my orders. And I'm just going to go through here's the co op Nice article.

So while this has already been delivered, what I can do. And let me just show you a little bit about what happens inside of this. So I ordered $30 worth of articles for some people. And I love outsourcing again, I'll have I'll have to do the article writing and I'll outsource to someone else. So here we go again, thanks for that he sent over the deliveries, there's all the documents, I get to rate my experience. I love the articles that he wrote.

If I didn't rate Mike's, like my experience, and guess what I get to do? I get to say, No, I wasn't happy. You know, my overall experience wasn't that great? Or it was high quality, you know? How can the seller improve closely follow requirements, you know, I wish that they wrote a little bit more, but other than that, they're doing excellent. So I'm just gonna say that Thanks for Awesome work.

And we're going to go ahead and send feedback. And we're done. So now that we've done that we can choose to tip them or not, I'm going to say No thanks. Once you've done that, you're done. Now, if you had any problems, again, you get to visit the resolution center. And the resolution center is going to help you fix any issues that you have with your order.

So it's going to probably hold the funds inside each of these people a person's account, and it's going to allow you to kind of work out until you find a medium or middle ground, where it's either just refund my money, or finish the project the way that I asked you to. Now here we see that with the graphic design, he's giving unlimited revisions, which means basically for $50, you get to go back until you are happy. So that means 10 2030 times is going to take that much, probably not it'll probably take you know, three four or five times but the Nice thing is having all those revisions there for you to be able to go back over and over again, for your, you know, video, your graphic design, whatever project you have Fiverr allows you to do that very easily. So again, just going through searching your keywords inside of here, you can search via all types of different things.

And I don't suggest searching by this one. And this is something obviously just implemented. Fiber is always doing new things, people who are available right now logged in, just because it looks like they're logged in doesn't mean they are I use this trick to my advantage because I knew this was a ranking algorithm years ago. So I actually always had a VPS or a VPN network where I kept this in, and it would refresh my page every five minutes so that it kept me logged in. And that's how I actually became a top seller. People would just keep buying and buying and buying because I was available now.

So don't take that with a grain of salt. With that being said, you can search by delivery times, hey, I only want to pay between five and $5, right or five and $15. So go ahead and find that. Now I'm going to go over here, here we go. Here's everyone by 15. I want to sort by average customer view.

So I want to make sure that I'm getting the best rated people. Here we go. And that's even fivers choice. So that's a cool thing. So we may get that. And if you're getting graphic design, make sure to go to multiple people.

Everyone has their own style. Everyone has their own delivery method. There's all types of freelancers, and they all have their own unique individual ways of working with their clients. So here, I'm gonna select English. I want people to obviously be English speaking. Okay, and I don't want new sellers.

I probably want like a level two. If I get a top rated, just like I do, I'm probably going to charge you about 25 or 30 bucks just for your first campaign. Because I'm a top seller and I know what it takes to Deliver SEO and even like I said, I mean money when I deliver my SEO, because I want to sell people on the back end. With that being said, Here we go, all different types, all different types of styles that people have. And you can go through and view each one. At the bottom here, you're gonna find people and the previous designs that they've made and deliveries, these are all deliveries.

And you can even see, hey, this was great. You know, I love this. This was excellent work. So all these people have recently been delivered to and this is kind of the portfolio that Fiverr keeps for their sellers. And the portfolio usually stays within the last 30 days of deliveries. Or if you have a huge you know, I used to have huge deliveries.

It'll only keep like the last 25 or 30 projects, but you get to go through, see kind of the style that people work in what they deliver what the deliverables are Look like all types of things. So it helps you a lot in terms of knowing who to hire, and what your deliverable is going to look like. So you have a reasonable expectation of what the outcome is going to be. With that being said, that's a lot of what I really use Fiverr for the graphic design, the translation, I've taken you through most of the main parts that you need to know, which is again, your overview, being able to see how much it is your delivery times how many revisions you get, you can even change the gig quantity here, say, someone only offers, you know, one article for $5. And that's they don't have packages.

So you just come down here and you say, hey, I need 10 of those articles, then, you know, or I need 10 graphic designs, whatever it is, you just order that through the gig quantity. You can see if they're online or offline right there. Like I said, you see they're celebrating their name. Here's a little tagline about them. Their reviews up there. You can read more about them.

Again, this is something that they're just talking about themselves, why they're on Fiverr, how they can help you. Here's more about the gig. Here's some statistics about it, you know, what format, can I put it in for you? Again, the reviews down here. So when you have all of that, and you know what you're looking for in fiber, it can be really easy to get started. And all it takes is whenever you place your order, it's going to redirect you right to a new page, and it's going to ask you, hey, what am I working on for you?

You know, you hired me for graphic design. What can I help you specifically, you know, send me your details of colors. You know, each seller is going to have different requirements. But do read those requirements, fill them out. You're going to have a little checkbox that you check, and then you submit it to them. After that.

The timer starts 123 days, whatever it says that they're gonna To deliver in four here he says in one day, then that's when you're going to get your your Meteor your deliverable back in your hands and you get to check it, you have about three days to check your work, make sure that what they delivered was good. In those three days, you can either come back to them request a revision, or it's going to naturally complete the process because those people need their money, right, you paid them, they did their job, and you haven't said anything for three days. So fiber is going to release that money into their account. So make sure that within three days you know, fiber is gonna send you an email, when that projects done, that you go and you check it out, make sure everything was to your liking. If it was leave a five star review, if it wasn't contact the person back and request a revision.

That's how you do it. With that being said Fiverr is going to be a huge asset to you in the coming months and years of your working online. with whatever you do whether you're an entrepreneur whether you're a lawyer, a doctor a stay at home, Mom, you know, find out Professional, anything at all Fiverr is going to be there for you in a multitude of ways from having virtual assistants that you can hire for up to one or two hours at a time. And let me tell you, that's a very easy thing to do. Let me just before we even go off, because I think that's so, so necessary virtual assistant, I'm just going to show you guys what all is available for virtual assistants and how many hundreds there are on this website. So here I'm going to be a click funnel virtual assistant here, I'm going to be a virtual assistant for 24 hour delivery.

And he's going to work for one hour for five bucks. So all of these things, again, virtual assistant for three hours for $5. So we're paying them basically $1 and 66 cents an hour. These are people who are working for pennies on the dollar. And you can leverage their expertise, which is usually data entry or simplistic tasks that you can teach them to do in a reasonable amount of time, usually an hour or less, and they'll pick it up. Go do Do it for you, and become a normal person that you hire to do work.

And it's really great. So with that being said, That's Fiverr. This is the number one outsource area that I suggest for hiring freelancers, we'll get into a few other solutions that you can hire for more advanced work, or for a lesser work in the sense of maybe you don't have $5. You know, $5 is a lot for people in India in different countries. So with that, I'm going to get into sites below that. And then sites above that, if you're looking for, you know, bespoke custom work, not things that are kind of, here's the deliveries I do, do you want this, if not, go find someone else who deliver something closer to what you want.

Fiber is like that. So it's that perfect median of Hey, I do this work, I do graphic design, and I can make one logo for you for five bucks. Whereas if you go to micro workers, it's like, Hey, I can do this one thing, like click on the link, and if we go to something like Upwork Or people per hour, which I'll be getting into. It's more like, Hey, I'm going to custom design be spoke this, this glow go for you. We're going to spend the next two weeks on it, you know but it's going to cost you three $400. So it's just something that you need to keep in mind and what is viable for you and your budget.
