Okay, now I want to take you into the video settings. So what you're going to do is click on the icon again going to Creator Studio and you're going to end up right here inside your dashboard, which is youtube.com forward slash dashboard, you can either go to the URL or click on that and go right through. So once you end up here, this is basically everything of your stats. As you can see, in the last 30 days, I've had about 2500 minutes watched about 1000 views, only five new subscribers. So it's kind of, again showing you the disparagement of people will watch a marketer even, but they don't really subscribe to one. And basically all my videos I do ask people to subscribe.

But, again, that's not going to always make it for a marketer, you need to be more informational. And since I've been informational again, I grow at about a 10 to 15% rate each and every month. So you can get all your videos, your analytics, the top comments that you are comments that you've recently had. Inside a video manager, you get to see basically a little dashboard of all of your videos that you have published, whether they are public, private or unlisted. It doesn't matter. If you don't know what those three mean, we will be getting into that.

But basically public is just what it sounds like. Private is just what it sounds like. unlisted simply means if you have the link, you can watch it. Otherwise, it's not going to be inside of Google or YouTube's search engines private is literally it's only for your eyes. Only this account you have to be logged into it in order to even view it. Live Streaming is how you actually go live inside of YouTube.

This is kind of fun. I do enjoy this. Basically, you just get inside of here. You could go and get my course which shows you how to do this and so much more because it does take a little bit to get yourself up and streaming. You usually need to software one of my favorite ones to use is actually OBS Open Broadcaster system. Which is what I'm using right here, as you can see right now.

So that's why I used to record and live stream and will actually, you can end up doing something right here that says start streaming if you see that. But that's a little bit more in depth. If you do live streaming, the best way I like to use it is usually in the form of a webinar. Other than that, I basically stick to video manager or dashboard for most of my content and content creation. You can also create playlists, it's simple to create them, either inside the video as you're editing them, which I'll open one up real quick. Or you can select a few videos.

Click add to these are all your playlists or you can create a new one down here. That's the simple way to do it. Community is basically your comments. Basically what was found on your dashboard is inside community. Here's all the comments but they're much more laid out giving you details. Tails to what exactly was said for which video Additionally, you can go to your channel and your channel is going to contain the overall ideas of your accounts standing.

Are you able to upload? Are you able to monetize? Can you live stream Can you embed Do you have longer videos. In order to get longer videos typically you need to verify via SMS IE a text message. In order to get longer videos that are longer than 15 minutes. I like to keep most of my videos under 15 minutes by I've obviously enabled it so that way I can do live streaming.

And I can upload those longer videos that are usually one to two hours to my channel afterwards. Everything inside of here is basically going to be enabled once you have approved your account, gotten 100 subscribers and have SMS or text verified your account. The only thing you won't be able to do is sponsorships the way that you do sponsorships and this always changes is basically you have to have a numerous amount of subscribers and a large amount of watch time. Those things are always changing. So I'm not going to go over that so that way the stays a little bit more evergreen. But all you got to do is click learn more there, and it'll show you what you're lacking in and what you've actually met.

Next, we're going to go into Upload Defaults that's underneath the channel. Upload Defaults are the basic things you want to work out ahead of time before you even upload your first video. What do you want the normal privacy to be public, unlisted, private, I obviously suggest public because public is normally what you want. If you make a mistake, you can always go back and make it private or unlisted if you want to. What's the category that you want to enter into? Well, most the time I like to say that I'm within education.

Obviously they don't have a marketing. They do have a education or how to one of the Most quickly indexed categories, though, is education. So that's why I use that a lot. And I do believe that of course, my video stand under education, educating people on how to make more money online, run a business, etc. The license is either going to be standard or Creative Commons, which means you're going to have attribution to another person, you're using their materials, and you're adding to them so that it in itself stands as an original piece of content in a sense. Now again, reaction videos have been attributed as basically being original content because you yourself are reacting and people are here to watch how you react to watching a video.

As idiotic as that sounds. It is very popular, but that also goes to show that what types of users you're going to be getting as well. Probably not the smartest users in the world. Probably a lot of preteens or teens, people who may make you money on youtube, but they're not Going to go on and make you money as a business, or basically, you know, making you money by signing up giving you their email, having a credit card to purchase something online, things like that. You can upload a basic title that you would like to add or a description. For me, most of my description would be something like this.

I'm going to add in my website and maybe some random book or landing page that I want them to end up at. And then it's going to be description and then URL for social and then tags. And that's basically how most of my description uploads are going to end up as all of the tags of course, is my name. Few the things that I do online marketing email, make money success hacking sales funnels. You want to elaborate Comments, comments can be very bothersome, and they can get ugly at times. But that's why you're also able to delete and banned people from actually visiting or messaging you.

You want users to be able to rate the videos that they're seeing, with ratings, you're going to be found much more if you disable any of these things, it's actually going to affect your neck, your SEO very negatively. So you do have to kind of wade through and let me tell you, you won't get too many nasty comments, maybe one in 10 comments are going to be nasty. That's just kind of the nature of trolls. But once you do get a popular video, for example, you end up on YouTube's front page or YouTube's featured or, you know, YouTube's now popular videos, you will instantly get flooded with a bunch of spam and crap and hate messages and things like that. Those are usually the videos that are best to ignore. don't reply back to comments once you get to popular that's my usually two cents.

Let them know what the languages and of course anything else. For example, is there any captions? If so, when was it aired? Do you want suggestions for adaptations that can be improved inside of your video for me, I suggest I do no suggestions for you start out with it. And that way you can see anything that can maybe be changed to improve. We're going to go into branding under the channel sub item, and that's where you can just basically add a watermark that watermark allows it so that anyone that goes and watches your video, there will be a very clear, almost ghosted, I would say it's a low Opacity is what officially the term is watermark and you want to make sure that it's a PNG which means invisible background, you don't want a white background.

You just want your logo, whatever it is, as an invisible with an invisible background. So it's a clear background. Then we're going to go into advanced advanced basically means you're going to be able to change your channel keywords which country you're inside of. If you want advertisements, if you want to link to your AdWords account, any associated websites, the reason you want to do this is so that they both link between each other. And that allows Google to realize, Oh, this website is connected to this channel, this channel is connected to this website, we're going to connect them and that boosts all of your rankings for both your YouTube channel and your website. So if you have a really good strong website that ranks well in search engines, the second you attach that to a YouTube account, your YouTube account will naturally boost up as well, and vice versa can be said.

So you want to allow your channels to appear in other channels recommendations. What that also means is that you're going to naturally have channels that are recommended inside of your YouTube account. But that's not a bad thing. It's always going to be beneficial for you. You want people To see other channels, and obviously subscribe to them as well, because that will cross correlate that their subscribers will subscribe to you, as well. Do you display the subscriber count if you don't want to, it doesn't affect SEO.

It's just more of a social proof idea of, Oh, this guy has 1000, you know, subscribers. So I'm not the first to say this guy's cool. I would love to learn more from him. Going into the analytics, just as it sounds, it's going to display what you saw inside of your dashboard, basically, with a bit more details inside of it. For example, you're going to have watch times demographics, audience retention, the average duration, so you want to keep that duration above two minutes. That means you're doing pretty good.

Most of my videos are about five minutes long. So it means the average person is probably getting through or 50% of my people are getting through my video, and the other half are leaving within the first 10 seconds, which is about what happens. That's the attention span of the average. human being on this planet 10 seconds right now very sad, very true. Down here you can see all your top 10 videos where the demographics are coming from. So most are from us, Argentina in India, then I got Canada and Australia.

The reason I know that most of these from our Argentina in India are because of Udemy courses and what I talked about on there. And you can also see where the traffic sources are coming from, where the playback locations are, and much more. So all that's inside of your analytics, you can come inside of here, I'm not going to drive through this. Because, again, there is really it's just as plain as day. What are your like to dislike ratios? What playlists have videos, what videos are in those playlists, what type of sort of watch times Do they have etc.

So that's all inside of here. Then you can add translations and transcriptions if you'd like to. For example, If you'd like people to be able to contribute to the videos that you've uploaded, this will be a feature. So I'm going to go ahead and say yes will turn on for all videos. And what that allows people to do is now add their content in their own language for what your video said. So that's a pretty cool thing that allows you to be able to basically get free work from your fans to translate it into their language in their native language, which means you can be found really well for example, if I were to do this inside of India, YouTube India has quite a number of followers.

In fact, I that's probably the only place the only place I've ever seen one. One marketer reach 1 million subscribers. And guess what, all of his videos were in English, and in Hindi with captions and subtitles. So that was a big, big reason why there was a lot of Indian people that enjoyed and subscribe. bribed. Create is basically you making your video.

And it gives you a library of audio effects and music that you can use in the background for your own disposal. So this is basically Creative Commons, it allows you to use this in any way that you want to, and you don't have to pay anybody or give any attributions back to people. So that kind of entails inside of the music policies, and learning if there is anything that is, you know, something you cannot use or can use, but what their policies are, for example, if we were to look up the next episode by Dr. Dre, you are not allowed to use this in your YouTube videos. If you use this song, it may be blocked or muted. Oftentimes, it's muted. So again, you can just come inside of here if you have a very popular song that's used by somebody else.

You just enter that in type it you'll be able to find out what their music policy is ahead of time so you're not wasting Potentially that entire video. I mean, it's a terrible thing to have one of these songs playing your background and your video, and now your whole videos muted. So no one can hear you talk even if it was background music and it was just to add to the idea of whatever you're trying to convey as a message. So this is basically all of your creative Creator Studio channels where you're gonna find most of your meditations for being able to have an upload default, which again is going to increase your SEO and a lot of the issues that you have with having to choose every single option over and over and over again for every video upload. So this is where you do it all.

It makes it very easy to manage your YouTube channel with this
