Class Goals The purpose of this class is to function as a reference, serve as a guide for studio potters, and teach students about wheel-forming processes and surfaces up to the bisque firing. In order to inform all these individuals, I have created this class as if I were giving a class or instructing an individual on how to make and teach ceramics. Through this course, you will find numerous video demonstrations that will coincide with the optional textbook "A Ceramic Guide: The Art of Creating and Teaching Wheel-Thrown Ceramics" which can be purchased for additional information. Additionally, the information covered can be easily translated to benefit both students and studio artists, from beginner to advanced.
